Coronavirus Notice

COVID-19 Notice

We are committed to the health, well-being and safety of our communities. The following provides an overview of the measures we are taking to help protect our patients and staff, testing sites, and what to do if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

Telephone Screening and Testing Site

We are taking extra precautions for the safety of our patients and staff. To help minimize exposure, we are implementing measures that require  patients with COVID symptoms to participate in a telephone screening by calling 904.819.7200 or 904.823.3401. If the provider determines that COVID-19 testing is appropriate based on the screening, the provider will place an order and register the patient to be screened at the Flagler Health+ testing site, which is located on the Flagler Hospital main campus in Parking lot B. Hours of operation for test collection are 8am-noon Monday through Friday and preregistration is required.

Providing Safe Centers

For patients in our centers, in addition to our normal cleaning process we are following the CDC recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting the center. When visiting us you may notice more precautionary measures that include the temporary removal of toys, magazines and coffee/tea stations. In addition, all patients will be screened prior to entering the center. All of these measure to help support the safety and health of our patients and staff.

Call Ahead If You…

We ask that all patients call ahead or notify us immediately upon arrival if you have a fever or signs/symptoms of lower respiratory illness (e.g. cough or shortness of breath) AND have had close contact with a laboratory confirmed COVID-19 patient.

We are grateful for our staff for their steadfast effort to care for our patients during these unprecedented times and we are committed to continue supporting our communities well-being.
